Butterfly Kisses

I saw a video by Sam, Mixed Up Craft, she created a Cascading Gatefold Card and I liked it so much that I decided to make one - it is a lot easier than it looks and Sam explains it really well.

I used the Butterfly Kisses collection from Dovecraft, the same collection as Sam but a different paper, I also used some plain purple cardstock that I embossed with an old Crafter's Companion embossing folder.  Both of the toppers are from the Butterfly Kisses collection and they are die cut decoupage, I also made a box envelope to put the card in using some of the papers.  The Mum was cut using some Hunkydory Moonstone Alphabet dies, I added 3D Crystal Lacquer to make them stand out a bit more.

  18. You sure this is easy? I always struggle with folds like this one, never quite know how to make the most of it, with my papers and stash. I think the patterned paper and embossed paper is a lovely combination. Well done!
