Happy 50th

My neighbour asked me to make a birthday card for her Daughter who turns fifty next month, this is one of the cards that I created but I didn't give it to her because I don't like it very much - I think it's the sentiment.

I created a Shaker card, the paper is from the Crafter's Companion Nature's Garden Nativity collection, I don't think you would know that they are Christmas papers though.  The glasses are also from Crafter's Companion and another Christmas collection - Gemini Celebrate the Season dies.

Thank you for popping in today and thank you for all of the lovely comments that you leave, they are all read and much appreciated.

  5. What an elegant, chic, and fabulously festive design. I'm sorry that something about this card didn't click entirely for you. I think it's fabulous, but have experienced similar feelings with some of my own projects before, so can certainly relate. As the classic adage says, you win some, you lose some... (Again though, this beauty is a total winner in my books!)
