This is the final card that I have created with my Authentique Frosted collection, I still have a few bits left but I'm running out of inspiration now, do you run out of inspiration when trying to use up a whole pad of paper? I have used a couple of sheets of the papers to create some gift bags, I am making 30 for my teacher son to pop some bits and pieces in for his class at Christmas - I make them for him most years.

Hi Pauline
ReplyDeleteAnother stunner.
Love that paper-pieced image.
You have certainly done well with this paper pad .. .. I don't think I have ever used up a whole paper pad in my life .. .. which is probably why there are so many odds and ends in my collection.
I am pleased though because I have recently found a dementia home nearby that is grateful for anything I donate to them for their residents to play with. Normally they have a summer fayre to raise funds for their activities but this year of course it was cancelled. It can't be easy for them.
Hope you are enjoying your weekend.
Love Jules xx
Lovely card, I love the colouring and the image

It's a LONG time since I've been making cards and playing with paper. Book writing has just taken up so much of my time.
ReplyDeletebut now I have started a little coloring again -
I do love your art very much and is still following you on your blog
This is so cute. It's hard to use a whole paper pad. That's why I have so many unused pads and scraps still waiting for love. This is a great pad of papers though and your cards are wonderful.

Adorable bag, great design!! Such lovely details!
ReplyDeleteThoroughly delightful design. It brings back a happy flood of memories from my youth, where each lengthy Canadian winter was spent playing for endless hours in the snow with my siblings, friends and classmates.

ReplyDeleteLove all the plaids! Such cute figures and great papers, Pauline. How sweet you made a bunch of things for your Son to give his class. You are so creative and sweet.
ReplyDeleteI run out of inspiration when using up a couple of sheets so using up a whole pad would be hard for me!!! Lol! Hugz
So cute. Paper piecing is one of the favorite things I like to do and see on cards. Always looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI’ve never tried using a whole paper pad at one go. I’m not sure I’ve managed to use a whole paper pad period. But I love my papers and I’ve been getting better at using the treasured ones first, before I may lose interest. Loving the retro look of these children with paper pieced outfits. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThe papers are lovely Pauline and love the colours. Perfect for the fun image!
ReplyDeleteI'm having a catch up with my fave blogs!!
