Christmas Time

I thought, as I had my Graphic 45 Christmas Time collection out, I would create another couple of Christmas cards and this is the first of them.

This one didn't quite end up as I had imagined it would but never mind.  I used two of the fabulous papers from the 8 x 8" paper pad along with some elements from the Cut-Apart sheets.

Beach

This is the final card that I have created with my 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Shore collection, for a while anyway!

I have used two of the papers, the fishtail flag that I have used as the image is cut from the reverse of the papers that are in the background.  Everything is from the collection except the string that I used to tie the bow.

'Tis the Season

I have created this card to enter into this months Rudolph Days Challenge, the theme is anything Christmas goes.

I used my Graphic 45 Christmas Time collection, another fabulous Graphic 45 collection.  I fussy cut the Santa, you get two of each page so I cut two, one the complete image and a second the Santa and sack only so that I could add some dimension.  I used a cream card base and just covered two thirds with the lovely plaid paper before adding my Santa using foam pads.  The sentiment is also from the collection and I added some hand made card candi, I used colours to match the baubles that are falling out of Santa's sack.

I would like to enter this card into the October Rudolph Days Challenge.

Thank you for popping in today and thank you for all of the lovely comments that you leave, they are all read and much appreciated.

Explore

This is the third card that I have created with my 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Shore collection.

I have only used one of the papers this time, the wood-grain is from the Craft Consortium Wood Textures paper pad and I've been doing some more tearing.  All of the other elements are from the die cut sheets, including the fishing net and the seaweed.

Let's make Waves

This is another card that I have created with my 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Shore collection, a very simple design this time.

I cut four strips of paper and decided to do some paper tearing, the sentiment is from my stash and the shell and seaweed is from the die cut sheet.

Sunflower Cottage

This is another card that I have created with my Sunflower Cottage collection from NitWit.

The best thing about digital collections is that you can print them out as many times as you like, I always find I have favourite papers and toppers in collections and I use them up quickly, with digital collections you can print them again and again.  This is another topper that I have printed several times and fussy cut to create layers of dimension - I know it is not everyone's cup of tea but I love it.  The pretty papers are also from the collection, all I have added is some yellow card stock from my stash.

Shore

I have just discovered another great company - 49 and Market, I know I'm late to the party, they are currently celebrating their fifth Anniversary but they are new to me. They have the most beautiful collections, the 12 x 12 Mini Collection Packs are quite small, containing four sheets of double sided patterned card stock and two sheets of die cut toppers - I like that they are quite small, it means that I manage to use them all up.

The first collection that I have purchased is called Vintage Artistry Shore, as you can see has a nautical theme.  I have created a simple card using two of the papers and three of the die cut elements.  The little border strips are waste, they are the reverse of the strips that contain the company information from the bottom of the card stock sheets - it is card stock rather than patterned paper.

Friendship

I have another card created using a collection from NitWit, this time I have used the Sunflower Cottage Collection.

I love Sunflowers and this collection is beautiful, as before, I have printed the topper several times so that I can layer it up for dimension.  Both of the papers are also from the collection, the buttons and twine are from my stash.

Farmhouse Fresh

I thought I would have a play with one of my many digital collections for a change, I decided to use the NitWit Farmhouse Collection.

I have used three of the fabulous papers and one of the super toppers, I printed the topper four times so that I could fussy cut several layers and create some dimension.

Autumn Pals

I picked up the Autumn Pals collection from The Paper Tree, I love the pretty images and papers in this collection - I think Sunflowers are my favourite, we always grow them in the garden and then put the flower heads out for the birds when they have dried out.

I decided to create a tri-fold card, I used two papers from the Essential Card Collection to create the tags and fussy cut the flowers from one of the toppers.  If you buy the complete collection there is a Die Cut Collection with lots of toppers, sentiments and borders, there is also a Decorative Paper Collection and an Essential Card Collection.

This is the card opened out, I created a little flip out on the centre panel and a pocket to place a small card in on the largest panel.

This is the back of the flip out and the card that I put in the pocket, you can write your greeting in the card.

Trick or Treat

This is the final card that I have created with the October pages from my Graphic 45 Place in Time Collection - thank goodness for that I hear you say!

I have used up all of the little bits and bobs that I had left over from the other three cards on this one, the Trick or Treat sentiment is from an old Echo Park collection I think, everything else is from the Place in Time collection.

Happy Halloween

I have moved on to the October pages of my Graphic 45 Place in Time collection now and I have created a Halloween card - it's going to be a very odd Halloween this year isn't it!

My inspiration came from a Graphic 45 Inspiration sheet, there are lots available on the Graphic 45 website.  The dotty paper, borders and topper all come from the collection, I added some cardstock, ribbon and a charm.

School Days

This is the second card that I have created with my Graphic 45 Place in Time collection, I used the September papers again.

I cut six small squares from one of the papers and arranged them on my card with a couple of borders across the centre, I then fussy cut all of the stamps and the little tag and added them using foam pads for dimension.  All I have added is a couple of layers of card stock along with some ribbon and twine from my stash.

Autumn Time

I decided to have a play with one of the many Calendar collections that I have, I love Calendar collections - I have the Graphic 45 Time to Flourish, Place in Time and Fashion Forward.  I also have the Authentique Calendar Collection so I thought it is time that I actually used one of them.

I decided to use the Graphic 45 Place in Time Collection and started with the September pages, my inspiration came from a card created by Kathy Clement but of course I made mine a little different.  There are two sheets for each month, they are both the same and have Cut-Aparts on one side and three different patterned papers on the reverse, I used several elements from the Cut-Apart sheet and two of the papers.

Days of our Lives

This is another card that I have created with my Simple Stories Simple Vintage Botanicals Collection.

I used scraps of papers to create a collage style background along with one of the Cut-Apart toppers, I fussy cut the flowers and added them to the topper.  The sentiment is from Creative Crafting World and I used some very old heart dies from Simon Says Stamp to cut the hearts.

I have used elements from the Topper Set, 6 x 6" Paper Pad, the Adorable Scorable card stock and the Concept Card Collection.  On the inside I have created a little pocket to store a tag, you could also add a gift card or some cash.

Dream Big

This is another card created with the Simple Stories Simple Vintage Botanicals Collection. I've gone back to the more pastel colours in the collection again for this one.

I used a sketch from one of my blog buddies, Jules, for my design inspiration, you can find lots of sketches HERE on her blog, there are quite a few now and she is quite happy for you to use them.  Everything is from the collection, I just added some dark brown cardstock, it looks black in the photographs but it is definitely brown!

Vintage Botanicals

This is another card created with the Simple Stories Simple Vintage Botanicals Collection, this one is completely different from the first one that I made, there are soft blues and greens in this collection as well as some quite bold pinks and greens.

I used a Sue Wilson Background Die called Swirly Vine to create the frame for the topper and fussy cut the flowers.  I haven't added a sentiment yet, I will do that when I know who it is going to.

I used two of the papers and a frame from one of the Cut-Apart sheets, the snowman is from the elements collection along with the sentiment. I cut the little banners from two more of the papers using my Die-namics Fishtail Flag dies.
