Vintage Santa

I thought as it is so hot I would create some Christmas cards - it didn't do much to cool me down though!


I used my Simple Stories Simple Vintage Christmas Collection, everything is from the collection, I just added some red card stock.  I used a very old Spellbinders die to create the Poinsetties and added Hunkydory Gems to the centres, the sentiment is from the Bits & Pieces Die Cuts.


It is so hot here at the moment, I am finding it difficult to craft as my craft room is south facing - lovely in the winter but not so good when it is this hot!

    Oh, such fabulous Christmas card!! Love very much your design!! The gorgeous poinsettias looks fabulous with that Santa's image and the musical notes paper!

    That’s a gorgeous Santa Pauline...love the rich vintage colours...great papers....

    I love vintage cards like this and it's a fabulous image of Santa. My craft room gets too warm in the mornings but not too bad in the afternoons so I can escape from the heat for a little while x

    maybe you should have used some snow to cool you down. I've got a fan in the room now , but the heat is oppressive. 2 gorgeous vintage look Christmas cards .x
