Dotty Birthday

Sarah will be on HSN tomorrow launching these fabulous new Border and Word Dies, I think they will be available in the UK next month.

I used papers from the Summer Breeze collection and card stock from the Textured Cardstock - Brights.

These are the last samples that I will be creating for Crafter's Companion, I have been diagnosed with Macular Degeneration so I have decided to stand down from all of my Design Teams and concentrate on using up some of the craft stash that I have accumulated over the past 10 years - I hope you are prepared to see some very old products popping up on my blog!  There is a Design Team call going on at the moment so pop over and take a look HERE, Crafter's Companion are a fabulous DT to be on.

Thank you for visiting my blog today, your company is much appreciated.

  8. I feel horrible for your diagnosis. As a card maker, I'm sure that's devastating, but good for you using up your stash and still making beautiful cards like this one. I love the curvy border.

  17. A really lovely creation, love the design, and the border die, the sentiment die looks like it could be very useful, will look out for that.
I have to say that I had to look up MD and I am so sorry that you are suffering with it but I am sure that you will still be making fabulous creations and i am certain that I will be able to join you with your 10 far old stash, as I have lots too. I had my eyes tested last month and he found very little change, so I am thankful for that.

  21. For someone who designs beautiful cards, this had to be a hard diagnosis to hear. I pray that with new medicines and treatments, the progression is slowed so you can continue to do what you love. This card is stunning and the pretty papers and die are beautiful. Thinking of you..........

    Hugs
    Sue

PS, I am also trying to use some of the supplies I have purchased and held on to for too long without using them.........

  25. What a joyful birthday greeting. Polka dots really have to be one of the most upbeat patterns ever invented.

I am incredibly sorry about your MD diagnosis and the (100% understandable) impact and reverberations it is having on your crafting. Please know that I'm always just an email away if you would ever like to chat in private about anything at all that you may be going through, thinking about, etc..

    Many hugs & heartfelt understanding,
