Blueprint Christmas Tree

This is my first Christmas card of the year, I have posted a few earlier in the year but they were all created last year.  I have been watching tutorials on YouTube and came across one created by Shari Carroll using the Tim Holtz Tree Blueprint and decided it was time to use the one that I have in my stash.

I coloured my tree with distress inks and added some clear sparkle pen to the baubles, star and die cut sentiment - I think this card would be perfect for one of those difficult men in my life.

I would like to enter this card into the February Rudolph Days Challenge.

Thank you for visiting my blog today, your company is much appreciated - please leave a comment so that I can come and visit you.

  19. I zoomed in on this image to see more of the background and thought it was quite comical with the instructions. A really lovely card and congrats on your first Christmas make of the year.

  22. Really wonderful! I adore the classic pine green shades of the tree and the word "merry". Year-round, that is one of my very favourite hues.

  25. Your card has captured a great, masculine feel. Any of those certain fellows in your life will love it! I liked the way you stamped again and then cut out the wee baubles. They look great popped them forward on your card.

Sorry I am so late getting round to visiting. Thanks for taking part in the Rudolph Days Challenge.
