It's a Hoot

This is another of the cards that I had published in the April edition of Making Cards Magazine, you can find some of the other cards that I created for the magazine HERE.

The magazine is themed around making cards for men, teens and boys and I was commissioned to create 10 cards using the free craft papers.  For this card I used two of the toppers and one of the papers.

The aim of these cards is to show what can be created using just the free images and papers along with a few basic stash items - all I have added to create this card is some card stock and a sentiment from my stash.

Thank you for visiting my blog today, please leave a comment so that I can come and visit you.

  23. I had to chuckle as soon as I saw this, because it reminded me of some TV ads currently playing here in the states for an eyeglass company! The owl wears glasses just like this one LOL Great and fun card!

  24. What a stunning card for a man's magazine, and I love that dressed up Owl with his tie. The one wearing the glasses looks like a professor. The dp looks so nice with these birds, and I like the way you've done the layout too. TFS
