Blush Rose Birthday

This is the second card that I have created with the beautiful new Craftwork Cards Blush Rose Collection, this gorgeous collection has lovely pink, blue and grey papers.


For this card I have cut four strips from two of the beautiful patterned papers and trimmed the bottom of the strips to create a scalloped edge.  I created a rosette flower and added one of the silver sentiments from the collection.


I used some card stock from my stash - it looks more like black in the photographs but it is grey!  I passed the border strip through my ribbler to create some texture.

    Always love the wonderful floral papers you use so well. This card is no exception. I like the way you've scalloped the edges and tucked the border strips together. The black border does look textured, and a great place for the rosette. TFS
