Birthday Buttons

This is another card using one of my old Simon Says Stamp Card Kits, this time I have used the one from January 2013.

A simple design, I just loved the colours of the papers and decided not to cover them up.

I added some ribbon and buttons from my stash.

I am hoping to go to the Cinema with hubby tonight to see Darkest Hour, there are lots of good films at the moment - why do they always seem to come together!

Thank you for visiting my blog today, your company is much appreciated.

  18. Absolutely gorgeous Pauline I love the simplicity of the design it does show those lush papers off beautifully, sometimes I hate covering up papers that are as lovely as these, maybe I should go simple it would save on embellishments.

  27. I'm a DP hoarder and I can appreciate beautiful papers. And a card doesn't need a colored image to stand out. Love the ribbon detail too.
