Hooray it's your Birthday

This is another card that I have created with the latest Julie Loves Creativity Box.

I used a hexagon topper so I decided to cut two of the papers into hexagon shapes as well.  I backed everything with purple card stock and cut the name from one of the papers.  The large stars are from the die cuts and I punched the small star.


I also decorated the inside of the card.

    It's refreshing to see a non Christmas card. I don't have time to make anything else at the mo, at my last count I'm still 8 Christmas cards short. But I'm getting there. Fun design for a young man!

    These overlaid hexagons make a terrific & dramatic focal point to the masculine look of this card. Love the colors you've selected, as the green shade is unusual. It looks lovely (should I say handsome, since it's a guy card?!) with the purple, and the stars patterns were wonderful embellishments, without being feminine. Love how you've repeated the shapes on the inside as well. TFS & Merry Christmas
