Christmas Stag

Have you seen the latest edition of Die-cutting essentials - I was commission to create five Christmas cards using some gorgeous Intricut dies.  This one uses the beautiful Intricate Stag die.


I used papers from the Carta Bella Winter Fun paper collection along with my X-cut star dies and Sara Davies Contemporary Christmas embossing folder.


The sentiment tag is from LOTV and I have added some buttons and twine from my stash.

    Pauline, the colors in your creation are fantastic! Less traditional, and very appealing, they bring out a regal strength for Nature. I am always envious of the pretty bows and knots you tie with the twine. My fingers just won't do that! LOL Isn't it nice to cherish these abilities in our friends' creations? I especially like the way your buttons are lined up perfectly, and the use of an embossed star to highlight the stag. GORGEOUS card! hugs, de

    Reindeer or any deer type is my favorite for Christmas cards. I like the effect of the white edges on everything.
