I snipped into the die which is actually a complete square and added some black pearls to the centre of some of the flowers.
I kept things simple as I was commissioned to create cards that were easy to make quite quickly.
Thank you for calling this morning, please leave a comment so that I know you've been and will be able to come and visit you.

What a wonderful idea to snip into the die and just use a portion of it. I'll have to try to remember than. Love the little black pearls also. Have a wonderful day.

How clever to think of cutting down the die cut....such a pretty design. And don't worry about reading the manual for the settings on your camera....just play around with all the twiddly bits!!

Beautiful creation with a wonderful design. Such pretty dies!
ReplyDeleteA very clever way to make this square die more versatile, and it certainly looks dramatic with the added dark centers against the gold. Love that you've replicated the pattern in the border treatment too. So pretty. TFS
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, I like the patterned paper that matches the die. If you don't have that you could make the border also from the square die. I like how you snipped the die to make room for the sentiment.
