Love Hearts

It's time for a new challenge at the Crafty Purple Frog, the theme for the next month is Love is all around - it can be a creation for a good friend, a wedding or your loved one, we just want to feel the love!

I used some beautiful papers from the First Edition Botanical Notes Paper Pad, I have distressed the edges of everything and inked them with Distress Ink for a Shabby Chic feel.


The butterflies are the Flit and Flutter dies from the Sara Davies Butterfly Lullaby Signature Collection and the flourish is the Fancy Flourishes die from the same collection.


I just added some pearls from my stash and a scruffy bow created from seam binding.

    I LOVE THIS, THOSE BUTTERFLIES LOOK AS IF THEY ARE FLUTTERING RIGHT OUT OF THE HEARTS. And I'm very sorry about the caps lock....

    This blue and brownish color combo is pretty bad contributes to the aged feel. Very much love what you did with that seam binding ribbon too.
