Dream

It's time for a new challenge at Ooh La La Creations and the theme for the next fortnight is Die Cuts.

I have used the beautiful Dream collection from The Shawn Jenkins Collection CD to create my card.

I used two of the lovely papers and fussy cut the butterflies from the topper sheet before adding them to squares cut using my Tattered Lace Torn Edge Square dies.

The sentiment is also from the CD, I inked the edges of everything before adding some pearls and lace from my stash.

Make sure you pop over to the Ooh La La Creations Challenge Blog and check out the DT inspiration, we would love for you to join us for our Die Cuts Challenge.

Thank you for calling today, your company is much appreciated.

  20. So pretty. The trio of butterfly squares is such an attractive design layout, especially with the dimension of the butterfly wings. That border is lace is love, and so are the papers you've used on this great card. TFS & have a super week.

  28. A lot of my old (not age) followers are very much aware that I am not a lover of Butterflies on cards, because they do not always present the real beauty of a butterfly but that does not mean I can not appreciate the card.

These Butterflies really do have something about them and really stand out against the lovely background, the lace panel is fabulous a really lovely card.
