I decided to use the fabulous Barclay with Envelope Stepper Card available in the Pink Gem Designs Shop because my favourite colour combination is pale blue and white.
I cut out all of the decoupage layers and layered them up using foam pads.
The ribbon is from my stash and I added glitter to his hat and the trees.

Oh my, Barclay is so cute. I'm quite fond of your favorite color combo as well and it really stands out with that bit of brown/kraft that you colored Barclay with. I'm liking those trees on the side steps.
