I used a sheet of 12x12" paper from the Echo Park Happy Easter Collection and some light blue card stock. The sentiment is from Pink Petticoat (unfortunately no longer trading) and I made the flower with a Crafter's Companion Die'sire Essentials Flowers for all Occasions die.
