One-sheet wonders

The new edition of Simply Cards & Papercraft is published this week so I am going to share one of the cards that I was commissioned to create for last months edition.

I made five cards and a matching box using one 12x12" piece of double-sided patterned paper and I have to say I really enjoyed making them and I think I will be doing this again in the future.

I used one sheet of double-sided paper from the Echo Park Happy Easter collection and some blue card stock.

I cut out the sentiment with my Spellbinders Belly Band One die and attached it to the card with some pink seam binding.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Crafting from the Heart Challenge 100 - Always Anything Goes
Craft Your Passion Challenge 300 - Always Anything Goes
Crafty Boots Challenge - No Stamps
Melonheadz Friends Challenge - Birthdays

Make sure you check out my little giveaway HERE, I'm giving away a copy of this months and last months Simply Cards & Papercraft magazine.

Thank you for calling today, please leave a comment so that I know you've been and will be able to come and visit you.

  42. I love sentiment only cards. I've got 3 boxes full of beautiful DPs and some of them just do not require any image but are better left as main feature along with a sentiment. The papers you've used are such papers, the can stand alone and be the beauty.
