Snowman Sledge

It's time for a new challenge at Di's Digi Designs and the theme for the next fortnight is Anything Christmas.

I chose to use the cute Winter Snowman Sledge image and some papers from my Ooh La La Creations The Shawn Jenkins Collection CD to make my card.


I decided to go a bit vintage with this card and used white paint to distress the edges of everything, Kraft card stock and some corrugated card from an old box.


The sentiment is a Marianne CrafTables die and the snowflake die was free with a magazine. The ribbon is from my stash.

    Love the effect of the white paint, Pauline, and also the way the big red bow picks up the colors of the snowman's outfit. So sweet!
    Sorry I haven't been around much lately, I've been busy with birthdays, Christmas events and preparations. But I'll try and catch up as much as possible in the coming days. On my way to a hairdressers appointment and then another birthday party:)

    Hi Pauline,
    you made a wonderful Christmas card, love the vintage touch, maybe you should use Tipp-ex instead of white paint, it works so easy..I use it all the time..
