The papers are a free download available from the Tattered Lace Blog, the corners are a Crafter's Companion die and the ribbon is from my stash.

I do love watching the Tattered Lace shows on C&C unfortunately I have so many dies and most I have never used, but as always I love to see things of beauty and that die you have used as well as the bow and papers definitely fall under that category
