Milestone Birthdays

I was recently commissioned to create 5 cards and 1 off the page item for Creative Cardmaking Magazine, the theme was Milestone Birthdays that showcased how to add Bling tastefully.

Unfortunately Creative Cardmaking magazine is no longer being published but my cards have been published in Simply Cards & Papercraft another publication in the same group.

This is one of those cards, I used papers from the NitWit Collections Flower Shoppe Bundled collection and computer generated the sentiment.

I die cut the sentiment using a Spellbinders Labels Twelve die and the flowers are a Marianne Design Creatables die.

I used jewelled brads and gems from my stash for the bling.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes
Inky Chicks Challenge 54 - Use a Metal Embellishment
Top Tip Tuesday - Bingo (Pearls or Gems, Sentiment, Flowers)
Cut it Up Challenge 75 - Numb3rs
Shopping Our Stash Challenge 212 - Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend
Fan-Tastic Tuesday Challenge 95 - Anything Goes with a Twist: Make It Feminine

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog and leave a comment, your company is much appreciated.

  21. Lovely color combination, especially for a 50th birthday. Typically this birthday gets the basic black and white color scheme and "Over the Hill" sentiments, so I was glad to see a much more delightful aspect to celebrating this landmark day. The purple color is gorgeous.
