ReplyDeleteThanks for the comments on my new house...well...new to me. We are 7 houses away from my daughter, her husband and the kiddis...so we see them dropping in all the time. They walk by our house with their Dad on the 2 days we do not have scholl walking duties. They always stop in and ask for a cookie or drink...stay maybe 10 or 20 minutes and off they go.
Such fun! We can babysit in an evening for them or have the kiddies sleep over. We feel blessed that son-in-law found us this house. He was walking by as they pounded the For Sale sign in the front lawn and he arranged for us to be the first viewers. They are around the corner and just down the hill...close enough to walk but far enough that we can't see each others houses.
