I've used a topper and card stock from the Hunkydory Birthdays For Him collection, I can't believe I have actually used some of a collection whilst it is still available - I don't usually get around to using them until they are at least a couple of years old!
I trimmed the border from one of the matching sheets of card stock and added it to the top and bottom of another piece of co-ordinating card stock. A layer of silver Mirri as a base and a sentiment from my stash and that's about it.
As usual I have decorated the inside of the card as well.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Everybody-Art-Challenge 323 - Happy Birthday
Dream Factory Challenge 19 - Titanic
Crafting from the Heart Challenge 58 - Always Anything Goes

Manly Monday? I love your card. Email me if you're interested.
ReplyDeleteI love nautical designs and especially this time of year and towards summer. These hobbyless men sure are tricky ones, especially if the don't like beer either, but nautical scenes work for everybody! The shiny of the frame and borders are great touches.
ReplyDeleteEvening Pauline what a wonderful card for the men in your lives I love the topper and the design is wonderful. I like how you have done the inside the same as the front.
