I'll huff and I'll puff

This is the first of two DT cards today, my House-Mouse and Friends card will be along a little later.

It's time for a new challenge at Ooh La La Creations and the theme for the next fortnight is Once Upon A Time chosen by Allison.

I have used a fabulous image and papers from the Ooh La La Creations Nursery Times CD to make my card.  This is such a fun CD perfect for the little people in our lives featuring themes like
Nursery Rhyme, Story Time & Once Upon A Time.

My son used to love this story when he was little, I think it was all of the 'huffing and puffing'.  The decoupage image and papers are all from the CD, I have just added some card candy and ribbon from my stash, the sentiment tags are LOTV stamps.

I have used one of the inserts from the collection to decorate the inside of my card, there is a choice of different designs and sizes.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Aud Sentiments Challenge 123 - Anything Goes
Send a Smile for Kids Challenge - Anything Goes 4 Kids
CD Sunday Challenge - Animal Antics

Make sure you pop over to the Ooh La La Creations Challenge Blog and check out the DT inspiration, we would love for you to join us for our Once Upon A Time challenge.

Thank you for calling this morning, please leave a comment so that I know you've been and will be able to come and visit you.

  12. When I was a child I had several small square sized books with lots of colorful images and little text, I had totally forgotten about them till now.... This story was one of my favorite ones! My mother read them so often to me, and I believe I actually started learning reading with these books, memorizing my mothers words and looking at the text. I could read and write, quite well too, before I started school. Due to these books and having an older sister whom I sat next to while she was doing homework.... I loved homework, especially before I started school myself lol.
Your card really took me down the memory lane today, Pauline! Thanks for sharing your wonderful card!
