It's time for a new challenge over at A Gem of a Challenge and the theme is Something New chosen by Kevin.
I decided to make a Happy New Year card using the gorgeous Cocktail Emma Digi Stamp and some papers from Pink Petticoat.
I used the pre-coloured image but added some colour to her hair and some shading with my ProMarkers.
