Foliage
Anyway down to business - this is my card for this weeks Less is More Challenge, it's the dreaded One Layer week and the theme is foliage.
I struggled with this one, no surprise there then, but I eventually came up with this card.
I have used Peeled Paint and Shabby Shutters Distress Ink to sponge through a stencil and then added Translucent Embossing Paste. This is my third attempt, I didn't clean the Distress Ink from the stencil on the first attempt and I was a little heavy handed with the embossing paste on the second.
This one is not perfect but I am quite pleased with the result, except it has not photographed well. The sentiment is from Pink Petticoat and I masked it before adding the ink and the embossing paste.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Less is More Week 184 - Foliage
The Pink Elephant Challenge 263- Stencils
Clear It Out Challenge - Theme: Embossing wet or dry, Stash: Embossing Powders/Stencils
