Earth Tones

I'm gradually getting back into the swing of things after being poorly and then going away for a week.  I've managed a card for the Less is More Challenge this week - the theme is Earth Tones.

I decided to make a Thank You card - Laurence will need a few of these to say thank you for his Birthday gifts.


I have been wanting to try the inset die cutting technique for quite some time now so I thought I would give it a go on this card.  The papers are from the First Edition J'Adore collection and the beige card stock is from my stash.  The 'thank you' is a Die-namics die cut and I have punched a border with an EK Success punch.

    Fabulous card, love the design and nice earthy tones. I too have always thought about doing the inset die cutting but never got round to it so maybe I shall have to give it a go sometime, it looks great.
