I have decoupaged my image and cut it out with a Spellbinders circle die, the black scalloped circle is also a Spellbinders die.
The sentiment is a LOTV stamp and the little bow is a Die-namics die cut.

I like how you popped the flower. I should try decoupage on my cards too, I love paper piecing and fussy cutting already, so it shouldn't be much more difficult to use the decoupage style.... Thanks for the inspiration!
