Thank You Teacher

This is a card that I made for my son to give his teacher, he went back to school after being home educated for 8 years to take his GCSE exams and she has been absolutely brilliant.

I got the idea for the chalkboard style from a card by Kitty Frampton in the Quick Cards Made Easy Magazine.  I have used a sentiment from the DigiStamp Boutique, the original is black on white - I reversed it for the chalkboard look, the papers are some from My Mind's Eye that have been in my stash for ages.

The stars are my favourite X-cut die and I used an EK Success notebook edge punch, the little pencil has also been in my stash for ages.

I also made a matching gift bag.

I would like to enter my card and gift bag into the following challenges:

Simply Create Too Challenge 64 - Sentiment as the Highlight
Scribbles Designs Challenge 18 - Say it with a Sentiment
Crafting From The Heart Challenge 24 - Anything Goes
My Craft Creations Challenge - Anything Goes
Fan-Tastic Tuesday Challenge 41 - Anything Goes
DigiStamp Boutique June Customer Competition - Anything Goes

Thank you for visiting my blog today, please leave a comment so that I can come and visit you.
