Modern Flowers

This is the card I have made for this weeks Less is More Challenge, it's One Layer week and the theme is Thank You.

I made a card for the challenge before I realized it was One Layer week, unfortunately I had layered the image onto black card stock so I had to go back to the drawing board and make another.  This time I drew a black box around the image to make it look like it had been layered.

I enjoyed colouring these images so much that I ended up making two cards - you can never have enough Thank You cards.

I have seen this style of card on You Tube lately and thought I would have a go, the only problem was I didn't have any stamps that would work so I popped over to the Digi Stamp Boutique and found these fabulous Modern Flower images.

I printed them onto Kraft card stock and coloured them with my Spectrum Noir colouring pencils, the sentiment is also from the Digi Stamp Boutique.

I would like to enter my cards into the following challenges:

Less is More Week 171 - One Layer Thank You
Fan-Tastic Tuesday Challenge 35 - Clean and Simple
One-Layer Simplicity Challenge 5 - Fabulous Flowers
Digi Galore Challenge - Kraft
Digi Stamp Boutique May Customer Competition - Use a Digi Stamp Boutique image

Thank you so much for visiting me today, I always appreciate you taking the time to pop in.

  25. I'm SO impressed, one layer cards are so hard for me to do, as is coloring on kraft, even though I love kraft! The black lines are such great details! You've done a great job with these cards, Pauline!
