Best Wishes

This is a card that I have made to add to my supply of masculine cards, I need to keep a few in hand as I often get last minute requests from my sons.

Unfortunately this is one of those cards that just did not photograph well, the colours on the image match the papers perfectly in real life and the yellow is nothing like the original - never mind, I blame the photographer!

The image is a Papermania stamp that has been languishing in my stash for ages along with papers from Authentique that have also been hanging around for some time.  I coloured the image with ProMarkers and used an EK success punch for the border, the Stars are a combination of an X-Cut die and punch.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Fairytale Challenge 187 - An Old Stamp
Anyone for Anya March Challenge - Masculine or Grungy
Artistic Inspirations Challenge 84 - Anything Goes
Lexi's Creations Challenge 112 - Use your Punches and Dies
Fan-Tastic Tuesday Challenge 28 - Anything Goes

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog and leave a comment, your company is much appreciated.

  8. Great card! And even tho it is intended for a masculine recipient, the design is perfect for teens or anyone at all! The sentiment is wonderful! Love the way you have colored it. It is always disappointing when the real life colors don't translate well thru our digi cams. The repetition of your stars is great! hugs, de

  27. Most of the time the cards are more "lovely" and bright in real life than on a picture but this is a very nice card and indeed very good to have a few in "stock" haha.

I have such problems photographing my cards, my colours always match but they don't look like they do once photographed! I have just invested in a super new camera but still am having trouble.
