The Joy of Christmas

I'm a bit late posting this today, I was rather poorly this morning - had a really bad headache, felt sick and one minute really hot, the next freezing.  I managed to take my youngest to school and then came back and went straight to bed, I didn't wake up until 1 pm. I feel a little better now but still have a headache and feel rather washed out - just what I need at this time of year, I don't have time to be ill!

This is a CAS Christmas card that I have made to pop in the post to a friend, I have quite a few of these to send so I am trying to keep them simple to avoid extra postage.

The image is from the Ooh La La Creations Christmas Presence CD, I love the whimsical images on this CD.  The small piece of paper is Pink Petticoat along with the sentiment and I have added a button and twine to complete my card.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Bearly Mine Designs Challenge 115 - Christmas Sentiment
LEJ Designs Challenge 82 - Christmas is Coming
Digi Sketch Challenge - Sketch and/or Christmas Theme
Robyn's Fetish Challenge 188 - Christmas Cards
The Corrosive Challenge 188 - Happy Holidays
Paper Pretties Challenge 287 - It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!
Stamp 'n' Doodle Challenge - Christmas is coming!!!

Thank you so much for joining me today, I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone that takes the time to visit my blog and leave a comment.

  4. Oh Pauline...this is such an beautiful snowman! I like the way the edges are faded away...so pretty.
I need to remember to make more flatter cards in 2014. I make a lot of cards that will be hand delivered...birthdays etc. But do need to be mindful of the postage when i am making ones to mail!!!
