Happy Birthday Nanny

It's time for our Monthly Challenge Midway Reminder at Forever Friends and this month our theme is - ANYTHING GOES.  This is my card using a gorgeous Forever Friends Bear:


The decoupage image, papers and star embellishments are from the Forever Friends 'Kraft Notes' collection, the card stock is some I have had languishing in my stash for ages.  I have punched a border with my X-Cut border punch, the sentiment is computer generated and I hand cut the banners.

I have decorated the inside of my card using the same papers:
