Going Fishing

This is one of the DT cards I made for the Launch of the Ooh La La Creations Yesterday's Memories CD on Create & Craft - did you see the show yesterday the CD was a sell out, but you can get a copy from Ooh La La Creations and it's free P&P.

I chose to use this lovely decoupage image called Fishing and three papers all from the CD.  Everything has been layered onto gold Mirri and I added some hessian and two little fish charms that have been in my stash for ages.  For the sentiment I just enlarged one of the backing papers and cropped the 'Happy Birthday' text, cut it out and layered it onto some of the gold Mirri.

As usual I have decorated the inside of my card using the same papers and layout as the front.

Make sure you pop over the the Ooh La La Creations online shop, there is a fabulous gallery with lots of gorgeous samples if you still need some help to make up your mind about this brilliant CD.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Joanna Sheen Challenge - 3-2-1

  2. Fabulous card Pauline. So difficult for male cards usually but you seem to thrive on them. Love your idea of enlarging the bp to get the sentiment to match exactly.
