Art Nouveau - Just!
So back to the drawing board and problem number two, I have the Peerless Designs CD that the ladies on the DT used and they had pretty much covered the images on there so I didn't really want to use that one and hunt as I may I could not find any other Art Nouveau images - Art Deco, no problem! Eventually I came across Nouveau Rose by Sharon Duncan, I had won this CD some time ago over at Lindsay's challenge blog - LEJ Designs , so thank you Lindsay without you I would have had no card for this weeks challenge.
Anyway, back to the card, I decided to use one of the floral images from the CD along with one of the backing papers, sentiments and an insert.
Everything is layered onto Onyx Stardream card stock from Joanna Sheen and I also cut die cut the corners from the Onyx card stock.
I used one of the inserts from the CD to decorate the inside of my card, I must be getting lazy and as well as senile!
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
The CD Sunday Challenge - Art Nouveau
UnstampaBelles Challenge 19 - Use One or More Dies
Moving Along with the Times - Floral Delights
Simon Says Stamp - Black/White + a Splash of Colour
Songbird Challenge 11 - Paint It Black
Stamp 'n' Doodle Challenge - Something Neglected (Sharon Duncan CD)
Thank you for visiting this evening, I hope you didn't get bored with all of my ramblings.

Fabulous card Pauline. That is a lovely image and great design. We do get so used to using our usual and new things that we forget what older treasures we have lurking at the back of the shelf!! xx

Beautiful elegant card. You know, I can understand why you thought it might have been an oriental theme because when you look at it it seems that the Art Nouveau artists were insrpired by clasic oriental imagery. (Kimonos, blossom). So not senile at all.
