I got the idea for the porthole from Debby's blog - A Scrapjourney - you must have a look at her blog she makes the most wonderful cards, the brads are arranged a little differently on mine. I have glossed the porthole, anchor and wave embellishment with 3D Crystal Lacquer. Full details of everything I have used are listed below:
