A Winter Walk

It's time for a new challenge at Whoopsi Daisy, we had over two hundred entries last week, I'm glad it wasn't my turn to pick the Top Three.  The challenge for the next week is -  INCLUDE A SENTIMENT

We are all very excited over at Whoopsi Daisy this week, did you see the launch of the new Daisy & Friends at Christmas CD by Joanna Sheen this morning on Create and Craft.  It's full of Lynn Carter's (Linnie to you and me) fab Whoopsi Daisy Images.

You can have a look inside the CD HERE and you can see lots of lovely samples HERE and of course you can purchase a copy HERE.

This is one of the cards I made for the launch of the CD on Create and Craft:

The Daisy & Friends at Christmas CD is packed full of cute, hand-drawn character illustrations, there are coloured and non-coloured digistamp versions of every topper and I used one of the non-coloured digistamps for my card.  I coloured her with a combination of ProMarkers and FlexMarkers and added some Flowersoft to her hat and the top of the fence to look like snow.

I have decorated the inside of my card to complement the front:

Card Recipe:

Image:  Joanna Sheen - Daisy & Friends at Christmas
Papers:  My Minds Eye - free with Cardmaking and Papercraft
Card Stock:  Crafter's Companion - Core'dinations
Tools:  Marianne CreaTables - LR0205, X-Cut - circle punch
Embellishments:  Flowersoft
Sentiment:  LOTV - Christmas Sentiments

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Stamptacular Sunday Challenge 176 - Let's Hear It For The Girls
Crafty Ann's Challenge 72 - Christmas in August
My Time To Craft Challenge 185 - Christmas in August
Delightful Challenges - Punches and Dies
Totally Papercrafts Friday Challenge 130 - Inspired by a Song (Let It Snow)
52 Christmas Card Throwdown Challenge 8 - Christmas Carol or Hymn (Let It Snow)

Make sure you pop over the the Whoopsi Daisy Challenge Blog, check out the DT inspiration and join in with this weeks 'INCLUDE A SENTIMENT' challenge. Don't forget we are now an open challenge and will be accepting entries with non Whoopsi Daisy images. The winner will be picked at random and the prize will be one sheet of Whoopsi Daisy images, however if you do use a Whoopsi Daisy image and you are the random winner you will win TWO sheets of Whoopsi Daisy images and there are four images on each sheet.

Thank you so much for looking in today, please pop back later for my final Ooh La La GDT card.
