It's all in the words...

This is the card I made for my Mum for her 84th Birthday.

She loves flowers and nice words so I got out my Joanna Sheen 'If Flowers Could Talk' CD and soon chose this image.  I printed it out several times and decoupaged some of the pretty Pansies or are they Violas, I'm not sure.  The backing papers also came from the CD and I have layered everything onto Core'dinations card stock.  The sentiment is LOTV layered onto a Spellbinders Scalloped Circle die cut and the ribbon was also from Joanna Sheen.

I decorated the inside of my card the same as the front using another copy of the image but removing the words so that I could write my own.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

The CD Sunday Challenge - Gorgeous Green (I hope I have enough green)

  15. I think that CD might be a good investment for me - my Nan absolutely adores cards with "a nice verse". I love the decoupage and the triptych layering behind the main panel adds to the focal point. I'm sure your mum will love it.
