April Showers ...

This is my card for this weeks challenge at The Crafty Pad - this week we have the option of a theme and/or a sketch

The theme is April Showers bring May Flowers, we would like to see those flowers in bloom in either your image(s) or as embellishments, we also have a fab sketch for you to follow if you prefer.

If you are feeling really adventurous you can do both like I did, however I managed to cover up most of the sketch.

We have another great sponsor this week:

Joanna is offering the lucky winner a £10 voucher to spend in her online store

I have used the gorgeous Crafty Pad image - Flowers and Watering Can, this image was really lovely to colour, I used a selection of ProMarkers and FlexMarkers

The pretty papers are from one of my Bearly Mine Designs Designer Extreme CD's, full details of everything I have used are listed below.

I used raffia instead of ribbon to continue the garden theme and I have decorated the inside of my card to complement the front

CARD RECIPE:

Papers:  Bearly Mine Designs - Designer Extreme CD
Card Stock: Crafter's Companion - Core'dinations
Tools:  Punch Bunch - Leaf Punch, Martha Stewart - Edge Punch, Woodware - Corner Punch
Embellishments:  raffia, paper flowers, crochet flowers and dragon fly from stash
Sentiment:  free with magazine

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
