A Simple Thank You

This is my first post of 2012 and I would like to wish you and those close to you a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.

I thought I would start the new year with a Thank You card, I've kept this one quite simple with just two colours and no image.


It is actually pale green and brown but the weather is abysmal here, pouring with rain, therefore the light is poor and I had to use my lamp to take the photograph.

I sort of followed the sketch over at Mojo Monday - I have mirrored it.  The papers are from my latest purchase the Funkyhand Dreams Come True CD and they are layered onto silk-art card stock, the little scalloped edge on the border is a Martha Steward Punch .  The flower and leaves are a Marianne CreaTables die and the sentiment is a Spellbinders die stamped with a LOTV sentiment and heat embossed.
