Witch Betty

Time for another Crafting for all Seasons Challenge and this time the theme is Halloween or Halloween Colours (purple, lime green, orange and black).  I was lucky enough to get to play with images from both of our sponsors this week - Pink Cat Studio and Just Some Lines.

I'm going to show one card this week and one card at the challenge half way point next week and I've chosen to show 'Witch Betty Decorates Tree' from Pink Cat Studio first:

I decide to make a step card using one of my B-C-E templates for a change, I cut the base card from Kraft and used some free papers from Crafter's Companion.  The TRICK and TREAT letters are from Polka Doodles - Sundae of Seasons and the flowers, buttons and twine are from my stash.  As usual I used white seam binding for the bow and coloured it with my ProMarkers.

This is a slightly better view of the 'step':

Image:  Pink Cat Studio - Witch Betty Decorates Tree
Papers:  Crafter's Companion - Member Download of the Month
Tools:  B-C-E step card template
Embellishments:  seam binding, flowers, buttons and twine from stash
Sentiment:  Polka Doodles - Sundae of Seasons

I would  like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Creative Card Crew - Spooky Fun
ABC Challenge - B for Boo
Crafty Calendar Challenge - A Spooky Birthday!
Papertake Weekly Challenge - Spooooooky Hues

Thank you for looking, don't forget to pop over to Crafting for all Seasons and take a look at the wonderful creations the other DT members have made and enter the challenge.

Please leave me a comment, I'd love to know what you think.

  3. Very nice card Pauline, you've managed to get a lot on to it and yet the Witch Betty image still stands out very well, and it's nicely coloured in. Like the way you've coloured your white seam binding with your promarkers - thanks for joining in the Spooky Hues challenge at Papertake Weekly. Mary G x
