Santa Paws

It's time for a new challenge over at A Gem of a Challenge and the theme for the next fortnight is Ribbon and Bling.

I have used this adorable Believe in Santa Paws - Card Topper Digi kit available in the Pink Gem Designs Shop to make my card.

I have added an extra Layer of dotty paper to the base of my card and decoupaged the image.

The sentiment is from the kit, all that I have added is some ribbon and gems from my stash.

Home for Christmas

Have you seen the latest edition of Simply Cards & Papercraft,  I was commissioned to create six projects using the fabulous Fireside Christmas Collection from NitWit Collections.

I used two of the patterned papers and a topper to create this traditional style Christmas card.

I printed the poinsettia six times to create the two poinsettia embellishments.

The sentiment is also from the collection, I have just added some gold Stickles glitter glue and 3D Crystal Lacquer.

Parisian Elegance

This card was one that I created some time ago for the Crafter's Companion Edge'able shows on Hochanda.

This one uses the Parisian Edge'able, I cut it out of some gold card stock and layered it onto lilac card stock.

The papers are from the Downton Abbey collection and the ribbon is from Sara's Contemporary Christmas collection.

December 26

It's time for a new challenge at The Paper Shelter and the theme for the next fortnight is Christmas is Coming - it rather looks like Christmas has been and gone on my card! I have used this fun image called December 26 - he is available as part of the Santa Collection, there are six Santa themed sets for the price of 4 and as you probably know each set consists of one inked stamp, one coloured stamp, one matching paper and one composition.

I have used the composition to create my card, I printed it several times to create some decoupage layers.

I added some 3D Crystal Lacquer to the holly, button and stars and used the matching paper to decorate the inside of my card.

Golden Love Birds

Another Crafter's Companion card today, I promise there are not many left now, I'm just trying to post something that is not Christmas!

This one uses another of the Die’sire Fancy Card Blanks, this is a Centre Fold Back Card, I like this design, I certainly wouldn't bother to make one - the card blanks make it really easy.  The die is the Die-sire Create-a-Card Love Birds, I cut it out of the Kraft card blank and gold cardstock.

I inked the inside of my Embossalicious Elegant Orchid 8 x 8” Embossing Folder and embossed some Kraft card stock to create the background.

I created the flower using the Die’sire Classiques Delicate Flower die and the tags using the Die’sire Mixed Media Gift Tags die.

Christmas Sleigh

It's time for a new challenge at Ooh La La Creations and I have chosen the theme Vintage for the next fortnight.

I have used a vintage image and papers from the Ooh La La Creations The Shawn Jenkins CD to make my Christmas card.

The collection is called Country Sleigh and includes Toppers, Decoupage, a selection of papers and a selection of inserts and is one of  26 Christmas collections on the CD, there is also a set of Everyday collections as well. 

The sentiment is also from the CD, the card candi is from my stash.

Tea and Cupcakes

This is another card made using a Crafter's Companion Fancy Card Blank, this is the Diorama Card.

I have also used the Die’sire Create-a-Card Tea Party die, Die’sire Lace Border 1 and Embossalicious Cakes Galore 8 x 8“ Embossing Folder.
